They wont stop calling me harrassing me!!! They claim to be looking for someone that is not me and they cannot seem to get that point across. Whatever they are or do, they are rude.
Be carefull when negotiating a commercial lease agreement with them. They mislead you and make you believe that the amount CAM and NNN charges is going to be a fixed amount, but in the lease agreement they specify it as a percentage that you are going to pay. Once you have signed the lease agreement they raise the CAM or NNN amount by billing you for maintenance expenses that are not even required in the commercial building.
