🚫 Dangerous Equipment – 3 Tire Failures in 1 Month on Penske Semi-Truck I purchased a semi-truck from Penske, and within the first month, I’ve had three tire failures — including one that completely shredded while my driver was on the road (see attached photo). This review is not for Dallas location but for overall online buying experience. They have the worst trucks. The required two weeks of vehicle maintenance before the sale but they don’t do anything to them, they just hose it down and give it you. I bought a 2018 Hino195 reefer truck from Penske back in December. This truck is nothing but problems. Lift gate to A/C to reefer unit. Everything is broken, I am spending so much money to fix this garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM PENSKE. They are straight up crooked people
I stopped in to look at gmc/ford trucks with ramp for my husband’s lawn service company. We wouldn’t be in the market until end of year however we wanted to get ahead of the game. Tabatha S. Helped me and she was phenomenal! She gave premium customer service and answered all my questions. I will definitely coming back to her!
