Buyers beware of this dealership??On 12/26/2023 I purchased a 2021 Honda accord with 5k miles. ****** purchasing the car the seats were stained and the rims had really bad road rash. I requested these be repaired upon purchase. The manager ******************* agreed and gave me a due bill. The manager ******* runner at the service **** got the rims fixed but the seats couldnt be fully cleaned so Im stuck with stained seats. The parts ***** are extremely unprofessional. They agree to prices and terms of payment over the phone and then change the transaction(s) at the counter. When speaking to their manager ****, he tells you another story, half backing up his workers but then also changing what he claims to be policy. **** mentions that he has no problem in losing business because of their actions. Take your business needs elsewhere since they clearly have no intentions of having good customer service.

I Have had multiple problems with this dealer. They do not do accurate multi-point inspections. The last time I went they neglected to tell me that I had a dirty air filter and faulty spark plugs. On March 30th I took my care in because the engine light was on, and I requested a diagnostic check. I was told my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and it would cost $1791.84. Looking at the other reviews on this establishment it seems to be Penske Honda of Ontario's specialty to have shady business practices. I was looking into a 2019 Honda Civic Type R which the dealership had listed for $36,620. After confirming with the dealership, over the phone, the availability of this vehicle and its price I ventured off from Torrance CA ( 2 hours in traffic ) to purchase this vehicle. They say a good mechanic is hard to find. This can be the case with a dealership, but I usually find dealerships to employ better mechanics on the whole overall, as they receive specialized training from car manufacturers on the vehicles they are to maintain, diagnose and repair. I know this because I worked for years for a large vehicle manufacturer as the vehicle technician training coordinator, scheduling mechanics at dealerships for their required and specialized training.
