No RESPECT – Have no idea what employee I interacted with since he spoke broken English and has an old school attitude towards assessing people's buying ability by the way they look. Meaning, in my case, I look young, quiet, and am a female. I own a Honda Civic and am in the market for a new car. Did my research and wasn't liking any other models out there other than Honda. I purchased my new Honda in 2005. The purchase was easy, as I went on line, found what I wanted, then talked to a salesperson. My new Honda came off the truck with the wrap still on, and I have been in love with my car since. My sales person, Bill Hall, was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and informative, and did not try to talk me into anything other than what I ordered. Awsome Service Dept – Penske has an awsome service department, and the best part is the services that they provide while you're there. The phone connection and free shuttle service to the Mills or anywhere in 3 miles makes life worth living
