I loved Penske Honda and I would deff recommend it to a friend/family member. I've had a horrible experience with my 2016 Honda Civic. The car is not working well. I can't get a manager to call me back..I'm waiting on day two!! I did receive a ridiculous call from sales manager telling me the best way to fix the problem was to buy a new car from him!! I do not trust Penske and am reviving horrible customer service at manager level!!

So I go in one Saturday afternoon to test drive a Mercedes-Benz. I liked the car and so I decided to buy it, next morning as I'm driving my family to church I discover that one of the belt buckles does not work. My 11-year-old daughter it's constantly fidgeting with the belt buckle because it keeps popping out. I stop the car and I move her over to the other seat.
