Made an appointment for an oil change and when I noticed them messing with the tires I went to the service advisor to ask why. He said that I asked for a tire rotation which I never did. My appt was for an oil change only. The service advisor was rude, had an attitude & unprofessional. I won't be back your establishment for service. Train your people to LISTEN to the customers!!!
