Evidently had roaches on the third floor and never told anyone. Yuck!
Our daughter recently accepted a new position in Indianapolis and needed to secure an apartment on short notice. We went with Penrose after meeting with Madalyn. As others note- rent is very reasonable, maintenance and property management staff are personable and responsive. And, the location is outstanding. Great restaurants, grocer, hardware and more within 7-10 walking distance. Very well equipped fitness center, great community amenities and excellent parking. Highly recommend JC Hart and Penrose on Mass Ave.
Lived here for over 2 years. Perfect location, 4 blocks from either end of Mass Ave, and loved my apartment. If anything was ever wrong (maybe called maintence 3x in 2+ years) they were on it and amazing (Shout out to Robert for being the best and most kind maintenance person I’ve ever met, however, they are all wonderful and friendly.)
