This was my goto oil place but no longer. Quality of the service has gone down. Went there today and the techs didn't have masks during this pandemic even when pulling your vehicle in the garage. Then, I opened the hood when I got home and saw that they broke a clip that secures the hood bar. It's plastic granted but I know it wasn't broken last night because I changed the battery in the car and made sure everything was in good condition. Very disappointed. Never again. :(
Squirrel Hill pennzoil gets tired and decides to close early against their published hours. Even after confirming times with a phone call . Manager (Lee) very rude and unapologetic when I complained. I recommend jiffy lube or other quick oil change
I’m trying to figure out how one goes to get an oil change and later find out they never put oil in your car! I’m very upset and I want my money back!
