History Established in 2013. Penny's Pit was built from the ground up and is family owned and operated. Ryan and Christina Klundt, along with Christina's father David and sister Nichole started Penny's with minimal savings and income, without any business loans.David came up with the name "Penny's Pit" after Christina and Ryan's pit bull dog Penny. Delicious burgers at a great price and good beer who knew!! If you haven't been here, I highly recommend trying it!
Excellent service and food is great! My daughter will not order a burger at a restaurant but I talked her into it and she absolutely enjoyed the classic with the Parm cheese fries!!!
All I can say is bring your appetite!! Had the John Wayne burger and it was delicious!! I am still full. Very kiddo friendly, my son had a great time!! We'll be back for sure.

Cute little burger joint. I love the theme! The food was served hot and tasted great. But most of all I could not get over how affordable everything on the menu is! I'm looking forward to going back next time I'm in the area. I love to support family businesses, and this place makes that easy!

I'd definitely come again. Great lunch with the family. Food was reasonably priced and delicious.
I have a had 4 different burgers so far all have been real good. The Gosman was very good but then I am too full to drink beer after. So guess the next one would be the John Wayne with bacon and jalapeno, I need to try other's also. The wings with super hot sauce were perfect. And always get good friendly service. Oh don't forget to try the onion rings yummy for sure.
