RecommendedI LOVE this place! Apparently my Guinea pig does too, he can't stay away.😂 They are a genuinely kind and caring staff who is really there for your pet's best interest. My Bacon had to have a bladder stone removed and they were there every step of the way with the surgery and aftercare and answered all of the questions to ease my mind. I would recommend them to anyone!💗
Pennyroyal is amazing!! We had to take our sweet little Lilly in and was struggling with what to do for her. If we should continue caring for her or if it was in her best interest to say our goodbyes to her. All of the Pennyroyal staff was amazing, they really helped to insure that the decision we was making was what was best for Lilly. We can not thank you enough for treating Lilly the way you did. They even sent us a beautiful and very thoughtful card regarding Lilly. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.

They are so nice and very knowledgeable! Had a hard time finding a vet for our beardie “Charmander” and after a few phone calls we found this place! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an exotic animal vet!! Definitely worth the 2 hour drive.
We took our macaw, Heckle, for a checkup and nail trim. Everyone was so nice and very capable of dealing with a large parrot. We will be back!
Pennyroyal is amazing! I took my hedgehog, Linus, there when he stopped eating about a month ago. Dr. Lacki and Dr. Estill both treated and loved on him (even though he pricked them and tried to run away whenever possible). Dr. Lacki was there the day that his health bottomed out, but she didn't give up on him even though he was anorexic and anemic. She kept an eye on him that day while I was at work and sent him home with new medications. Both she and Dr. Estill have continuously called to check on him throughout the whole ... read more
Took my sugar glider in today and it was by far the best vet visit I’ve ever had- never once did they make me feel like I was a bad pet mom (he hurt his tail and has to have surgery tomorrow) they sat and talked me through updating his diet without coming off demeaning either. I am completely comfortable knowing his surgery tomorrow will go great!
I have been to at least 7 vets over the course of 14 years due to moving around a lot, and this is by far the best. The staff is amazing, never rude, and always compassionate. They even call and check up on a pet if they've been in recently with an illness. I've lived here for 3 years and have had my first experiences with the loss of a pet. One just a few days ago.
