Would give them 0 stars if possible. Got pre approved for my loan, and then close to closing time found out they had changed my down payment from 3.5% to 15% without even letting me know. When I called David to find out the reasoning, he let me know that he knew the initial pre approval would get past his automated underwriting, but not his actual underwriters. They never bothered to call and let me know of the changes and can’t give me any way to get back to my original approval. No one has straight answers to my questions.... read more
This is an amazing company and I have no idea why people are giving it 1 star! The employees are great and I got my house quickly! The explained the process very nicely and understandable! I will definitely recommend this!
Absolutely terrible. Didn't disperse my insurance and tax money correctly and have a thousand sitting they won't put toward my taxes went up $340 on my payment somehow.And you can't get a hold of someone in America. The people answering the phone are from India or somewhere and you CANNOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THEY ARE SAYING.
They don't deserve this one star. Unfortunately my loan was sold to this mortgage service. I had a PMI because I didn't put 20% down. Didn't think it would be necessary as the loan was going to be paid in full within the year, after sale of other house. When I did pay it off, they withheld two PMI payments after the loan was paid in full on 12/2. They charged against my escrow on 12/5! At this point 0 balance. What the heck did they think I was going to default on?? Never again. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
