Person on phone was a smart alec and extremely rude and disrespectful. My pets will not be going back. Never had we ever been told to have an animal wait until Monday and MAYBE the doctor would approve change in medicine She was so miserable after her visit a few days before; we went to the emergency room today. Per veterinarian; waiting until Monday would have been a big mistake
Cannot say enough about the staff at NRH. They are so wonderful and truly compassionate about my furry family. I had to make the decision to put my 15 yr old kitty to sleep today. Just heart broken and cried so much. The concern - tender care - and love that Chester and I received was overwhelming. Chester purred the whole time. If you are wondering where to take your babies, Penny Paws is the purrrcy place.
