Penny never gave up helping us look for our perfect apartment. We had a challenging situation because we were in a huge rush to move because our current apartment had toxic mold. Penny saved the day! We LOVE our new place!
I moved to DC from out of state for a new job and could not manage additional trips to tour potential homes. I also have a German Shepherd so had to find a very particular fit. Penny was attentive to my preferences and needs, and she went above and beyond to identify and tour/film anything that might have worked. She also proactively made sure the terms were favorable so I could focus on wrapping up my other job and moving. Thanks for everything, Penny!
