I wish I could leave zero Stars. What a horrible doctor's office. You book my appointment then cancel it 30 minutes before it's supposed to happen saying that the doctor is not taking new patients and a first appointment can't be a televisit. No one could have told me this last week so that I can find another doctor because normally people go to doctors because they're sick and need help so wasting a week of my life is risking my life. Dr. Bisk goes so far and beyond what we have come to expect is the norm for excellent doctors. I am convinced her dedication to good medicine saved my life from the very first visit. When she sends you to another specialist she calls to find out how that visit went even though she would get a report later. She cares!
Extremely knowledgeable. When you really NEED a doctor, she is the one to see. No nonsense, to the point. If you need “handholding”, and you really do, she is there! If you are looking for a touchy feely doctor, she may not be the one. If you are looking for a doctor that will, if she doesn’t know exactly what is happening to you, research your problem and find out what it is, she is for you! I am a senior citizen and have seen many doctors in my time. She has been the best!!
Waited six months to get appointment. She was thorough, competent, ran all necessary tests and called me the next day with results. Told me I should always speak with her directly with any concerns rather than going through staff. No prescriptions called in for 5 days. Kept calling - staff said I couldn't speak with her, too busy. Long times on hold and calls cut off. Had not seen a doctor in five months because of Covid and this was first appointment. Dr. Bisk has been my PCP since I moved into the area 12 years ago. She is smart, thorough, and listens carefully. I trust her with my care, yet she will not hesitate to change direction based on my input. I can't imagine finding another physician I have as much confidence in... please don't retire!
Have seen her for years. Very attentive and enjoy conversation, yea, she will talk to you. Always says i am the healthiest person she has seen all day.
