New management can't be bothered with customer service, evidently. – Showed up on time for my appointment, was made to wait for over an hour. When I attempted to discuss the situation with the optometrist, she was quite flippant and made told me quite bluntly that my opinion of their customer service didn't matter to her. I'll never go back there again.
Prefer it to Modern Eye – I went to Modern Eye (the U. City one) last year and Pennsylvania Optometrics this year. M.E. is more popular among Penn students because of the location. I didn't even know about P.O. until recently when I saw a flyer for a frames sale. Both M.E. and P.O. are great optical shops; it?s a matter of taste. Those looking for weird ultra-hip frames should go to M.E. Those types of frames dominate their selection.
