Horrific customer service
Really they will not work with you.
Would strongly advise renting versus buying through PHFA. Not worth it. Read the reviews!
Horrible company. Paid off my loan in accordance with PHFA. They applied my payment to wrong account and did not correct it before reporting to credit agency. Now my credit is tanked and won’t do anything about it. DOD NOT USE THEM.
They helped me tremendously when I bought a house in 2002. Very nice agency and very nice people to with.
