The Raymond, MS location has really good food and the hushpuppies are wonderful. Wanted to mention that because they have changed to the better!
It had been a while since we had been to Penn's and I was amazed how bad it was. We had the buffet and as the food ran out it wasn't refilled. Unfortunately we got there as everything was everything was running out. Sad to see an old favorite go down to this level.
I normally love the food, but today I ordered takeout from the Old Fannin Road location and the chicken on a stick was burned and whoever made the tartar sauce ruined it.
Best Customer Service Ever!!!!! The Manager and the Staff were AWESOME!!!!!! THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!! 10's ALL AROUND to Van and Hartley!!!!
I have been coming to Penn's for 20 years and have loved it. Tonight my order was brought to me wrong, which is not so bad, but the assista t manager was about as ugly to me as anyone I have ever encountered. Not only did she refuse to fix the order, which had been improperly taken by the cashier, but she came back to my table to prove why they should not have to fix it. Never before has this happened. If this is the new face of Penn's,I am very disappointed.
