The Sheldrake at 49th Spruce is neglected there is no cleaning done in building for months, grass not cut, bed mattresses sitting in thrash area over a month it is a total mess, the rent has gone up and the management does not respect people paying rent to live there, like they are doing people a favor for staying there.
