Very nice an good company to work for love the environment I've working with pennrose for like a lil over two years now
I have live now with Sharswood crossing phase two for 1 year and 1 month the worst place ever I’m disabled the maintenance and management is a joke I been exposed to MOLD with my lung condition- SARCOIDOSIS 36 years with this condition the maintenance is rude people coming after hours to your home when I need to rest July 9. 2025 I found the MOLD it took 3 weeks to fix and repair meanwhile I had to go to the ER on July 20. 25 for this matter as well to an urgent care on July 26. 25. I choose not to give any stars. Living at the property in Alexandria has been nothing but hell. I cannot wait until I am able to move. I would not suggest Residence of North Hill to a homeless person. The rental office staff is trash!! They are not friendly and horrible to work with.
Do not move here. Its hard you will struggle they don't help you especially if you are trying to help yourself. They dont anwser the phones or emails never have any information but you better have your rent or you'll be evicted and the next person moves in this isn't the low income you think it is BEWARE. If you are married two parent household MAYBE
Was an employee and resigned because the company has little respect for its residents and prospective residents. They also have failed to pay me for out-of-pocket expenses incurred while I was performing my job. These people are not trustworthy at all. It has now been 5 months and Pennrose has not paid the $250 that they owe to me. Again, I'm glad I chose to leave a company that has no integrity.
