My wife's about ready to get kicked out because the manager don't like her and it's been escalating since she moved in.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Currently live in a building called 50 penn in Brooklyn that is poorly managed by pennrose and that is putting it kindly. Have been without heat for almost a month and my regional manager Josue Caban has done absolutely nothing to address the issue.
learn to be respectful in the neighborhoods you set your offices up in. The constant noise pollution and general lack of cleanliness from your office building (trash everywhere, all the time) in Philadelphia has completely been an eyesore and a nuisance to your neighbors. Just shameful
Sad income restricted apartments in Pennsylvania are no good and the buildings are not being taken care of. What's sadder is that people paying apartment rents of $1,800 or more the tenants and buildings are taken care of. Just because it's a income restricted apartments doesn't mean there should be lack of care. Pennrose Management employees don't know when the shoe is on the other foot and they need income restricted apartments.
Very nice an good company to work for love the environment I've working with pennrose for like a lil over two years now
