I am sad to leave a negative review, as up until last Friday evening I had the most wonderful experience each time I brought my pets here. Unfortunately I had an emergency last Friday with one of my pups and called at 7:20 pm (40 mins prior to closing time.) Not sure of the woman's name who answered the phone; but she was impolite, dismissive, and took a very sharp tone with me. This review breaks my heart for so many reasons - I am truly, and deeply saddened for your loss, and for it being such a sudden and hard situation. I am also so saddened for how your communication with us transpired - we have built a practice upon caring about every one of our clients and patients, so to see a note in which one of our clients did not feel that coming across from our staff is very upsetting to me. RecommendedWe have a caring Vet, Dr. Carpenter. She’s so nice to us and cares about our puppy Rusty. She helps us out a lot when we ask questions. She also cared very much about dog Riley that passed away in August. Very helpful, laughs with you. Just love her. I thank you Dr. Carpenter 🌹
Very friendly staff and Doctors! They have always done their best to accommodate the needs of my pup Ellie. She is so picky about her nails being cut so sometimes they split and they are on it! All around great place!

Even during the pandemic pennridge animal hospital is fantastic! My one dog broke her one nail down really far and it was bleeding. They got her in immediately. I waited in the car for her and they called me with updates and everything they were doing. Thank you so much to the awesome staff for taking care of her!
