Dr Basset is awesome and I feel honestly listens to the patient
Dr Bassett is my primary physician. He, Rachel the RN, the Medical Assistants, and reception staff have been wonderful in the 1 1/2 years I've been a patient. Very impressed with the teamwork, responsiveness, communication, time spent answering questions, and helping understanding while I dance around insurance complexities. I have been bringing my son there since he was born last year. Almost 6 weeks ago I brought him in to be seen for an awful cough that was so bad he was choking at night and it was causing him to stop breathing while he was coughing bc he couldn’t get air in. I voiced those concerns and they gave him antibiotics for his ear…which wasn’t even a concern or a problem. His ears were fine.
