Pennington has the friendliest employees who are willing to take the time needed to help each customer that comes in. They treat individual customers looking to buy one or two parts with the same respect that they treat their largest commercial customers with. Also they often have free home made ice cream in the summer. Best place to shop for outdoor equipment and parts in CSRA!
Tried this store twice now, both times younger woman on the counter has been rude and un helpful. They will try to force new name brand products over what you asked for
