Will and Tina did a great job for me with what you might term a "difficult situation". This was an out of town sale for my sister and lots of work had to be done on the house to get it ready to market. Will advised me on what needed to be done, he provided some great vendors he recommended and he sold the house once ready in four days. If I ever own property in the Kent area again Will and Penney Real Estate will be involved.
Of all the realtors I've worked with in the area, Penney is one of the most credible. They keep their word, don't over promise, and they always exceed client expectations. Lastly, they sell homes quickly. Many other realtors will get a listing and that listing will sit - sometimes for months - this is not the case with Penney Realty.
Will helped my fiance and I find our first home. As first time home buyers, we were clueless about everything. Will was super informative, responsive, and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and didn't leave us in the dark about anything.

Excellent real estate team. We have made a few long distance moves and it can be difficult finding a realtor in a new city that you can trust. Will was the absolute best realtor we have had and we very highly recommend him and his team. He gets to the point, did not waste our time and was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were really impressed by him and thankful that we found him.
The whole team was helpful and very communicative whenever we needed something. Our house sold in 14 days and we closed 30 days later. We also got what we needed for the sale.We had reasonable expectations about what our house was worth to begin with, though. They will not low ball your list price just to sell the house quickly, either. I had another experienced realtor come out before Will to tell us what we should list at and they suggested a list price that was $30,000 less than what Will actually sold it for!
