We worked with Will again - this time to sell my mother in laws home. We spent time getting it ready for sale and Will closed it for us quickly. He talked through our options and helped make sure the sale was good for both parties. We’d use him again when we sell our next home.
Great company. Sold my home in less then a day for 13k over listed price. The people there are really nice and the owner always answers his phone.
Maybe they’ve gotten better than when I used them in 2012, but they completely over booked themselves. There was a property I loved and knew I wanted, but of course I wanted to see it in person first. Will and his associates were too busy to help us see it and had us wait 1.5 weeks for an open house without him. After when I stated I wanted it we viewed again and waited a few more days to send the offer.
