I have lived in Saratoga 22 years and first time to Pennells. Hands down the best Tiramisu ever. Like eating flavored air it was so light. And the shrimp fra diavlo was fantastic, huge shrimp and the sauce just hot enough. Their house vinaigrette dressing was, as the waitress (Brook) said, amazing. 5 stars all the way, and reasonably priced as well.
Fantastic restaurant!! The lemon haddock was delicious and our server Brooke was excellent. We'll definitely be back.
Great food, but why do you allow that loud mouth Fuccillo to do your commercials. Do you have any idea how utterly annoying he is. It is really disgusting to watch him paw the blond bimbo.
Great restaurant. Can get crowded during track season but worth the wait. Steak is delicious 16oz
