We had a smooth experience from start to finish. For a property that was seemingly difficult to sell it was under contract within a week and closed in less than 30 days.
Leo was a phenomenal agent. We had several issues and concerns that needed to be handled over the course of the sale. He went way above and beyond what is typical for an agent to handle. He was always ready to take my calls, texts, emails, etc. He answered multiple questions and helped with contractors as well. I only wish he had an office/satellite in the New Orleans area.
