I worked with Leo on a purchase transaction and from the lending side of things, I could tell right away he was the type of person who was always looking out for his clients. Very professional and knowledgeable. He called a few times to coordinate the closing and communicated very well on the reason for trying to close on a certain day to allow his clients to close on their new home and with his professionalism and attention to detail, he helped make sure that everyone was available for a double closing that day.

Using Pennant Real Estate was the best choice we made. We had an older house that needed some work before we could put it on the market. Leo and his team gave us recommendations on what to update in order to sell the house quickly and for the most money. I fell through our ceiling two days prior to closing, and Leo had a guy out the same night to fix it so we could still close on time. He was always super responsive and answered all of our questions.
