RecommendedI had the pleasure of working with Leo Deselle of Penant Realty to sell a condo near LSU. Challenges included a LOT of new units coming onto the market in past few years and of course, COVID 19. That said here is what I recommend: Speak with Leo, do what he says and he will sell your property! He is at once laid back yet professional and knows his stuff. So that's why he gets 5 stars (and they don't offer 6).

Kim Roccaforte, our agent, was a huge help in selling our house. She helped us with what improvements to make, de-cluttering, pricing and staging our home. She then listed our home and we had 2 full price offers in 16 hours! She was always there to help and went above and beyond!

Kim Roccaforte is a terrible realtor and very unprofessional. Would never recommend buying a house from her or listing your house with her. Pennant Real Estate should really evaluate their employees; but I guess every agency has a bad apple in the group.
Leo was a pleasure to work with as our buying and selling agent! He was always on top of things, very responsive and made the process of buying and selling as easy as possible.
