This review is for other patients. The practice knows my feelings so no response from the practice is necessary. My doctor was Victor Carpiniello and I was his patient for approximately 3 years. Cooper Health identified an enlarged prostate via CT scan and inserted a catheter to treat my urinary retention on 9/1/25 while I was on vacation. I visited Penn Urology Washington Square and Dr. Carpiniello on 9/5 to void but could not urinate naturally, so I still needed a catheter. DO NOT GO HERE. Nonresponsive, even when you are post-op and having major issues. You will be placed in the care of grossly inexperienced and passion-lacking residents. Dr. Ding specifically does not care about well-being and answering basic questions of patients, nor does he know the answers to basic questions or how to operate the medication system. This is supposed to be one of the top medical institutions in the world, very disappointed.

Hour and a half round trip. Less than 20 minutes in office (including checkin and waiting room). Not sure why I was summoned there so urgently by Dr Kirkland. $ grab from my insurance I guess. Probably why he can afford this view?!?
