Love living here. The staff is so friendly. Manny was an enormous help in the whole process from touring units to application to move-in, and after. He answered all my questions (which were many) and always got back within hours. Great move-in experience, even with a long-distance move.
This apartment complex is worth the money with their spacious unit & amenities, plus Rose the leasing office & management team are kind and very upfront, taking the time to communicate what's going on at the property at all times. They host nice events for residents throughout the year & are working to make needed updates to the place consistently. Manny was very helpful with move in! A good spot if you want to be in the northern liberties area.
Just moved recently and we had an amazing experience working with our leasing agent Manny (Manuel Santos) throughout the entire move‑in process. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. I was robbed twice in this building, once in the parking lot and the other time inside you can’t leave anything badly located or your apartment open. The Manager did absolutely nothing, she didn’t show me the cameras, she said that to see the cameras the police have to be present, the police never arrived the pool, it’s not hot it doesn’t work as it should work, it doesn’t have heating the gym only has about five machines, the Rooftop is usually always closed and all the facilities are old and neglected.. the heating of the ... read more
