Great place to call home! The management team is what makes all the difference! This place has amazing facilities and it shows management cares about the community and all the residents! Been year for years and plan on staying! Nothing beats the price points of this building and the luxury you get for being in Philly!

Updated review - TERRIBLE management. Truly cant wait for my lease to be up. Maintenance requests aren't done in a timely manner. Mail room is messy. My packages have been lost and/or stolen. The emergency alarm always going off when its not an emergency going on. My aunts apartment caught on fire from using the oven on her 2nd day in here(nothing was done to compensate her) a door also fell on her. my uncle is in a wheelchair and this past snow stom they didnt sholve salt NOTHING! Edit: I’ve had to come back and edit my review. Mike and his team delivered excellent remediation and craftsmanship to my apartment when it was infested with mold. This was months ago and you still haven’t paid him? Yikes.
They call this place “1 Brown” for a reason… I lived there for a year & now they’re chasing me down for $225 for “damages under the kitchen sink” about which I’ve asked for explanation/photos/backup and have not received a single response. Honestly can’t believe the have the audacity to charge me anything after experiencing THIS kind of water quality coming out of my hot water heater after I had literally just moved in (immediately - within the first week I noticed this).
