We had an amazing experience working with Manny (Manuel Santos) throughout the entire move-in process. Manny was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. He guided us through the lease-signing step by step, coordinated my move-in details, and helped with freight elevator reservations without me having to worry about a thing. Moving can be overwhelming, but overall, the team at 1 Brown made it feel smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend — thank you for making this transition seamless!
Manny was helpful and such a wonderful person with a great personality! Manny was also great with handling everything and every question. Thank you so much for everything. A very nice community/neighborhood, & management staff that is accommodating, welcoming, and has great turn around on any potential repairs/maintenance. Edwina, Rose, and Manny are very nice and helpful regarding anything you may need.
Great place to live, the location is in the middle of everything. The events here are always fun, and the apartment has great square footage and great amenities. Edwina is very friendly, helpful and caring.
