Anytime I start to feel safe here I’m reminded why I shouldn’t feel that way. Goodluck getting ahold of Rose or maintenance. I’ve been here for a little under 3 years and I have yet to see a proper manager/ maintenance person run this apartment complex. Expect no reply, no maintenance , and overpriced rent. Infected with roaches and pests. Maintenance is aware and doesn’t care
Amir at the front desk was really helpful. I wish the people at Beach Street right next door worked nearly that hard.

Love my apartment Manny and Rose are so helpful and makes the move in process so easy. The pool is one of my favorite parts of living here.
