Just purchased my fourth Prius from Penn Toyota. My Prius 4 is the best car I shave ever purchased. Penn Toyota has the best salesmen and servicemen out of all dealerships I have dealt with in the NYC area. The trade in I received was very fair as well as the overall price of the car. It is the best ride I have had as well. The electronic changes made in the Prius 4 can not be compared to anything I have seen or experienced
I just wanted to say that I was extremely happy dealing with Penn Toyota. Joni was my salesperson and she was terrific to deal with. From the moment I first walked in she was always very helpful and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish. My husband and I have been buying cars from Penn Toyota for more than 20 years. There is no dealership I trust more to sell me a car. From the top down, the people working there are top notch, with the highest care, best prices and expertise in the industry. Once you have taken the car home, bring it back to their fabulous service Department. They make it easy. It's truly concierge service.
I've leased/purchased four cars from Penn Toyota. Not only have the sales staff been thorough and fair, the service staff have been accommodating! I'm sitting here watching TV and having some nice coffee on this cold day as they take care of my car. Keep up the good work!
