Sales staff was very unfriendly and they lied lots!!!!
I did not have a good experience with Penn. after dropping my car off for service I asked them to check my trunk bc it was not opening. They told me they would call me when they had an idea of what happened and how much it would be. Hours went by of me calling the dealership and no one knowing what is going on. My last phone call there I was on hold for 23 minutes and was transferred all over the place with no one having any clue what was going on. 7 hours later I picked up my car with my issue still unresolved. So far it seems like the used cars are a total scam w this dealership. Nonstop issues from the get go, kept my sisters Jeep they sold her for a week and didn’t even fix everything on the checklist for her- it’s currently being towed back to our home because she just lost her brakes and can’t even shift the car into drive.. REALLY? She’s had the car on a flatbed more than she’s been able to drive it for he month she’s had it . Second time she got stuck in it.
