Food is okay
The guy that took the order seemed very unfriendly like he didnt wanna be there definitely an attitude then when he took the order he didnt listen to any of the order and pretty much just gave us what he wanted us to have he also cooked the sandwiches which wasnt right I definitely wont go back to the maysville location again but I will continue to go to Penn Station around Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky locations maybe the guy was just having a bad day who knows but I wont be going back there again thanks
Cheesesteak was awesome
My wife place our order online and received an order confirmation. When she arrived to pick up the order at the designated time she was told the order had not come through and we would have to place an in store order and pay again. My wife was told once the order comes through they would cancel it and it will automatically refund the first order.
