I don't usually leave reviews but this place was abysmal. I was going with some friends for lunch here, and was paying for one of their meals. I thought ordering on the app would be quicker, but that's far from the truth. I got there about 5 min before the estimated time. Wasn't ready, fair enough I get it. Then 10 minutes nothing. 20, 30, nothing. After 40 MINUTES of waiting IN STORE, I finally get my food, (keep in mind we both got hot sandwiches). I unwrapped it and took a bite and it was cold. My experience is that the food is what I expected. It did take a minute, I will say that I’m also in the industry, and this place took over an old Lennys, and kept their design. If they only have two people on, they can only be so efficient. So yes, sometimes you have to wait. Be patient, understand your food is being made fresh instead of being sandbagged…and just hope they can get a remodel one day to help them be more efficient. Great food and service
Just tried for the first time and it’s a 10/10!! Best sub I’ve had in a long time, the employees were super friendly, fries were fresh!
I thought it was a fluke the first time, but I have ordered ahead and my food is NEVER done when I get there. I always wait at LEAST 15 minutes extra. Someone needs to look into that system. The food itself is always good, but dude I can’t wait extra if I planned for it already.
