This was our 2nd visit to ED. This time it was my husband docs and nursing staff were rude and I don't really think they looked hard enough to find out why he was having such a severe headache. The first time was my daughter a T1 diabetic came in to ED with high blood sugar and large amount of ketone she was in DKA. We waited for 12 HOURS. Was at the Dermatology clinic for a procedure. The staff was top notch! Very friendly and kept me informed throughout the procedure. Fresh coffee in the waiting room! Got there early for appt. and only had a short wait until waited on. The staff at the front desk is not the most pleasant but I am not there to socialize with the front desk. Taken back to the exam room and the nurse had all the right paperwork and was very friendly.
