As a mother and advocate for my child whom I know best the pediatric emergency room doctors and nurses passed judgement and in black and white on documents classified me as "passive aggressive and frankly condescending"...for being my childs advocate. Sorry that my intelligence intimidated your ignorance. Our entire encounter was horrible. Would not recommend go the extra 2 hours to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where care is top notch and your voice will be heard.
RecommendedER doctors where great treated me like a real person. Was admitted due to a crohn's flair. The nurses and doctors where great.

I SUFFERED for 3 LONG years ...pain ...shinghles....back problems ...numbness in leg both feet ..RUSHED TO HERSHEY THEY DIAGNOSED ME IN 1-5 DAYS (NMOSD)..RARE BUT .THERE NEROLOGIST TEAMS AND GRANT ... ..NURSES.. CAREGIVERS...DR..THERE 24-7 ON ME THE BEST OF THE BEST !!!
I've had so many procedures done at Hershey and have always been treated well. Most recently I had my 2nd kidney transplant. The entire team has been great. Doctor Jain, Dr Dohi and Dr Farooq are very experienced and have great personality. They really care about their patients. I recommend this hospital for anyone who needs a major surgery.
Recently had a prostecomy, from start to finish ALL staff provided Excellent service! Thank You All Very Much!!!!!!

As of today, I am one week after total knee replacement surgery. Getting stronger everyday but could not have done this alone without the incredible team of Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center staff. From the time of admission to discharge, I was treated with kindness, empathy, respect, dignity, and with my safety in mind.
