Couldnt be happier with how they were with my daughter in the emergency department after an unfortunate incident. They broke down everything to where she could understand it and walked away pleased.
My Grandson was tranferred down there last nite from scranton pa to the childrens hospital cause he might of needed surgery ..We all were very happy how the Nurses treated my grandson and also us I think we were on 3rd floor.... came in thru the nite and day to check on all of us til we were discharged ..
My son and I were patients for a terrible situation, but the experience was amazing! From the first consult to follow-up after discharge, through several departments, we were met with kindness, compassion, and competence. We were treated with love and respect by doctors and nurses alike, and when complications arose, everyone was immediately on top of things. Anything that a patient could think of to make the stay a little easier was already standard. We won't hesitate to return for future medical needs.
I went February 28 with a horrible pain come to find out my kidney stone got tuck, so I was taken to the or to put a stent, my next surgery is Wednesday 8 to remove the stone and as I believe normal people would be, I'm nervous but at the same time in peace knowing how good the doctor's nurses and staff treated me. I have not one complain. I was treated with care love and compassion. Hershey medical center have a great team, I will never change hospital. Thankyou
My father came in 2/23 for surgery to remove his bladder due to cancer. Even though the operation did not go as planned (he still has his bladder) the oncology urology team was outstanding. Dr Kaag explained everything in plain language and took the time to make sure that we all understand what we are up against and what our next steps will be.
