Thank you to Dr. Shirley Albano-Aluquin for once again going above and beyond and helping me even though you were off for the weekend. This is the same woman who called me at 10:30 at night from her vacation in California a few years ago to personally give me test results. I have been her patient for almost 8 years and she stuck with me and found a diagnosis for me when doctor after doctor made me feel like there was no hope for this. Unable to schedule effectively or with patient safety in mind. Told me I would need to come back in a week after a procedure. They didn't set up the appointment before I left the hospital, and didn't call for 4 days. Then they told me the appointment was 2.5 weeks later and asked me to miss work due to their inability to schedule. Do no use this institution. They are criminally inept.
My husband had to have surgery on his leg on May 9th. The pre-op RN, Sabrina was incredibly helpful, even accomidating my hearing impairment. The surgical team was amazing, and the post-op RN, Dana was super friendly. Hands-down the best hospital out there. Worth the 1 1/2 hour drive at 3:00 AM.
