Clean, friendly place...hard for me to get around but got to where I needed to be for test scans....
Very very disappointed in the care and manners of the nurses of the Neuroscience CCU. There is such a lack of compassion here it's unreal. If you want to be a nurse you should like to be around people and take care of people. They have rules two people in a room at a time, only one emergency contact number, this is obsurd. When your family is dying and you want to be with them you don't need to be literally yelled at by a nurse for family being with the patient or leaving more than one emergency number. Saved my life in 11/12 when I suffered a brain bleed due to aneurism while attending ice show at giant center
I couldn't ask for better care ..... we are from Virginia. .... my husband has been in the NCC unit for 16 days now ..... and as I am a RN ....I find that everyone that we have encountered have been very compassionate and caring
