RecommendedI have not had the chance to fully thank the hospital staff, nurses and surgeons for the operation my son had to go under. I’m not sure if it was harder on him or I. But the staff made me feel at ease, gave me the comfort to put my son in someone else’s care as for I couldn’t have helped him in my own. If I ever have to come back (I never hope to) I know that I will be putting him into the best care. Also, for the wait rooms and plays room that is kid friendly. Well, your billing department keeps lying to me about a bill for my husband, first lie, the bill was to cover his deductible, one problem, he has plan F Supplement, had it for years with same company, does not pay for his deductibles, it is included. Well, that lie did not hold up, after I called his insurance, and was told they bill was never submitted, and they had not told the billing department, it was for deductibles. Keep getting the bill, finally called again, lie number two, his insurance did not pay for all of his b... read more
