I was charged my regular special visit co-pay. In addition, I was charged an additional fee for the same visit. Upon speaking with my insurance company, I was told any doctor a patient sees that is associated with the hospital, will be charged an additional fee. Patients are not being informed of this and it is deceitful. This is not best practice for quality services. Also, I felt completely rushed out of the office and the doctor did not seem interested in what I had to say. I will be paying almost $200 for a ten minute vi... read more

RecommendedMy life has been saved by the Drs and staff at the Cancer center. At 71, most felt I was too old to withstand the rigors of having an SCT. The Drs at Hershey looked not at my age but also at my general health outside of the cancer and decided I was a candidate. My stem cell transplant was done 18 months ago I am very grateful to Dr Shin Mineishi and his staff who have given me a second chance at life.

They refused to treat me. left me hanging for a week. Now are trying to make it look like it was my fault. unethical, rude and INCONSIDERATE work force.
