I know a Friday night is busy but when you have a patient lying in the hallway and has only seen her nurse 3 times since arriving? Waiting to get a cat scan since 5:30 and I’m still waiting. I asked about an hour ago for pain medicine and I’m still in severe pain waiting.... RecommendedWe love Penn State Pediatrics! We have been with Dr. Hackman since 2009 when my son was born. They have a wonderful nurse line where the women are helpful and will talk about an issue and let you know if the child should be seen.
RecommendedEveryone was so kind and compassionate throughout our entire experience. It took us over a year to conceive and many rounds of IVF, but without them and the shared risk program they offer, we wouldn't have our twins now! We will forever be grateful to them for our little family! We hope to add more to the family one day and we will definitely be returning to TFC when that time comes!
They have wonderful doctor's and nursing staff. Unfortunately their receptionist, office manager, and billing staff are inefficient and rude. It should not fall on the patient to to contact anyone to fix issues arising from services being improperly billed.
