RecommendedMy son was treated in the pediatric ER yesterday. He was stable but we were worried and knew he needed a cardiac work-up, and that your ER was where we wanted that done. Everyone we encountered was wonderful, and truly did their best to make the experience as fear-free as possible for him. Dr. Quintana, Rachel, and the other team members were kind and personable, and took time to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. My son actually said he had a fun time when we left! RecommendedThis hospital has literally given my daughter hope when she had lost all hope of being helped before. She now talks about how happy she is(even with possible upcoming surgery)rather than how sad and unhappy she is. I thank you Hershey, I know she doesn’t say a word when we are there but you have given her a voice and boy is it a delight to hear her talk so positive!! I will recommend y’all to everyone!!

RecommendedMy middle son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes on June 27 2014 just a week before his 3rd birthday we got out just in time to celebrate his birthday. If it wasn't for Penn State Children's Hospital and the endocrinologists at Briarcrest we would have been lost looking for answers on what to do. You guys literally saved my sons life and taught us everything from the start. Thank you.
waited extra 4 hours for surgery was never told. than my nerve block didn't get put in for another day i had to go 40 hrs without pain relief or eating than they want to discharge me with my pain at a 9/10 real great care Hershey!
