RecommendedI'm so impressed with the level of patient care as well as family care. My mom just went in for brain surgery - a stressful procedure for all of us, and the staff was so caring, thoughtful, empathetic, and helpful. The employees in the surgical waiting area were amazing, and the nurses in the ICU were attentive and helpful. I can't say enough great things about Hershey Medical Center!
They create a new account for you for every bill. And send you 800 surprise bills for every visit. They are no help over the phone and will turn you over to a collection agency over their incompetence 2 days after they bill yoy. They will make you suffer worse than what you went to see them for. They have no one to answer the phones to make appointments or ask billing questions. All of their specialists are on different systems so you may or not get reminders of appointments.

The nurse navigator keeps saying different things, I reported her symptoms which include throwing up, dizziness, difficulty breathing, and numbness in her arms and fingers. The doctor has not called me . I left several messages and have called the nurse navigator several times. Doesn’t seem like they care about their patients. All about the research and drug money.

this hospital sucks been here since 5 am this morning i have been telling them that he needs his meds its now 5:30 at night still no meds and he almost had another seizure not a good place to come this is horrible i will make a complaint about this
