RecommendedThey were very courteous and understanding when I took my daughter with autism in to be seen immediately. The trauma med/surg team was incredible and listened to what I needed to say before examining her to make sure there was no added stress on my daughter. Far better than Holy Spirit and Harrisburg combined. Thank you first responders and pediatric ER staff, especially ER RN Stacy who took care of my daughter every step of the way.

There was not one single person working in that facility that was not completely professional, compassionate, caring, kind and helpful right up to the young lady who rolled me very carefully to my ride all the while chatting about how much she loved feeding the birds at her home. Every single person I came in contact with made every effort to be sure I was comfortable. They all appeared to love what they were doing and made me feel like I was... read more
This facility is poorly run and very insufficient. A patient has to wait months in advance for an appointment and and scheduling for tests is virtually impossible. Tests get lost and when you call they have no knowledge of any scheduled appointments. They are uninformed and very unwilling to assist. I would never recommend this facility to anyone and the support staff for the medical team is atrocious.
