The ice cream and chocolate milk are amazing. The hot pepper cheese is a home run. We made a cheese platter for a holiday party with a variety of cheeses from different stores. The Berkey Creamery Hot Pepper Cheese was devoured and the cheeses from the other stores were barely touched!

Every time we visit the Berkey Creamery, the ice cream is better than before. Our favorite flavor used to be the S'mores ice cream developed by one of your students, now graduated, Jaime Hogan. We hope you will bring that flavor back. Soooo good!
