Best ice cream ever! Miss this place...
I was back in State College for a weekend last October, and I had the Death by Chocolate...that's how I want to go. It's still the BEST ice cream I've ever had in my life. Then we packed a cooler full of dry ice and brought some back to Illinois...so worth the trip!!!
