I only had one appointment, but I had a great experience. Waited about 2 minutes in the waiting room, and when I was taken in, everyone was very nice and I was taken in for my scan right away.

I called the number on the website, they confirmed they closed at 7PM. I arrived at 5:33PM only for them to tell me they closed at 5:30PM. I was told I didn’t need an appointment for an X-Ray, but it seems like I did. It is difficult for me to walk and I don’t drive so getting here to then be turned around w/o any type of accommodation is terrible patient care.

I arrived 20 minutes early for a 10:45am appointment on a Saturday and, despite being the only person in the waiting room, was not seen for nearly 2 hours. Around 11:25am, another patient checked in and was called back within five minutes even though I was still waiting. Even with a light patient load, whatever internal management system they use is disorganized and ineffective. I waited 40 minutes before checking in again with the front desk. They crossed my name off their list as if I was already taken care of. I would’ve sat in the waiting room endlessly, had I not gone up to ask how much longer I’d be waiting. I also signed in on the MyChart app. For all the checking in I have to do, the system is still flawed.
