My husband has been in the ER for 12 hours (still not home at time of writing this). It took 8 hours for him to get a room and to speak with a doctor. Primary intake of patients seems to be drug addicts/overdose victims, fighting and overtaking the waiting room. Completely unacceptable, deplorable, care.
Horrible experience as usual I don’t know why I even bother going to this location 🤦♀️🥴 it needs organization ASAP. The length of time it took for me to get out of there was disrespectful! The black nurses or cna’s that come get you from waiting area are so miserable and rude. They don’t speak they don’t greet you or nothing. And rolling their eyes. Why are you there if that’s your attitude? Where’s the customer service? Without patients there’s no you!
