Very dirty the floors dirty the walls dirty dried up blood on the floor that you can visibly see why put a new patient in that room without disinfecting anything. Not to mention the staff socializing and picking a choosing who to help when you actually get back in the rooms.

Do not go here. Went for what I thought was a finger dislocation because it was the closest option. They reset it and then took x-rays, when they should have been taken before. They said my finger would heal and that there was no break or fracture. Didn't even say I needed a splint. 3 weeks later, I now need surgery because the finger is fractured. If they had given me a split like they should have, I wouldn't need surgery. On top of that, the bathrooms there were absolutely filthy. Was expecting the best care from a Penn ho... read more

The nurses and doctors and staff took great care of my sister. I was very pleased with everything. For the amount of work these poor people have to do. They did a great job trying to take care of everyone!
