This place is the worst. A family member was taken here with a serious blood pressure issue and sat for 6 hours. 6 HOURS! A technician finally came out and took him to radiology to get tests done and then they took him back to the waiting room where we sat for another three hours before a doctor came back out to talk to us. Nine hours.....is this really ok? I should have guessed it was a nightmare ER cause everyone that works there is behind a big door and they don't answer it. People knocked and knocked and nothing. This is not okay I was refused the right to check on my child. No one would talk to me about his care. What medication they were giving him. When someone is admitted to the hospital. Me as a mother have the right to make sure my child is okay and getting the proper treatment. If he can’t speak for himself at the moment I need to be able to speak for him and help the doctors help him. The staff acted as if he shouldn’t have my support.
