Last Thursday I regrettably and apologetically arrived at 8:06 for an 8:00 appointment with my toddler in tow and a 3-month-old baby at home, and was turned away for being late, despite Penn Medicine policy stating that there is a 30-minute grace period. When I mentioned that I had found a tick in my leg that must have been there for 48 hours, they cared more about their unwritten late policy than my imminent risk of potentially life-threatening tick-borne illnesses. Due to unnecessary labs ordered by the practitioner, I was told I needed to pay $537 out of pocket bill for an annual well visit here.
Great and friendly staff here. Everyone from reception to the providers themselves. I never felt rush and everyone was very compassionate answering all my questions
